    I am a Therapeutic Aromatherapist in private practice in Pinetown since 2002.  A Therapeutic Aromatherapist has to be a member of Allied Health Professions Council of South Africa to practice this profession.   I am a member of AHPCSA and also a member of Aroma SA.

    Therapeutic Aromatherapy Massage is the use of vegetable carrier oils and pure essential oils massaged into the body for maximum benefit.  During the first visit to the practice a case history/consultation needs to be done so that we can work out which essential oils to use and to see which part of the body need to be massaged for maximum benefit.
